For the past 50 years I have been certain that each one of us has a core identity—a unique center of beauty, strength, and growth—and that the purpose of your core identity is simple: to shine forth. This, I believe, is the secret to experiencing authentic human freedom.
All of us thrive more and more as we learn to connect deeply with the unique core of our being and learn to live our lives from there. It is this belief which Aaron, my youngest son, and I shared and which, four years ago, impelled us to create our original Leslie Kenton’s Cura Romana®, Weightloss for Body and Soul, and for me to write the book The Cura Romana Weightloss Plan.
For three years now he and I have been relentlessly focused on the creation of a revolutionary web-based program for weightloss, enhanced health, and personal transformation based on these principles.
